1. Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • Processing Time: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund yet, please contact us immediately at safety@misaiya.net.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need (such as a different model or mounting type) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
